bootcamp
This is not your typical bootcamp.
The goal of these ‘bootcamps’ is to focus on proper strengthening, to teach proper form, and to educate and empower you to get strong in a fun class setting. There is an adult group and a master’s (55+) group to chose from.
The classes are capped at 5-8 participants to ensure everyone gets individual guidance as needed while following a group program that is suitable for all beginner and intermediate lifters.
