This is not your typical bootcamp.
The goal of these ‘bootcamps’ is to focus on proper strengthening, to teach proper form, and to educate and empower you to get strong in a fun class setting.
The classes are capped at 6-8 participants to ensure everyone gets individual guidance as needed while following a group program that is suitable for all beginner and intermediate lifters.

STRENGTH TRAINING BOOTCAMPS
Summer bootcamps are SOLD OUT! Stay tuned for fall classes that will be launched August 11th in our monthly newsletter and on instagram. Fall classes will run September to October then there will be a little break in classes as we welcome our first baby in November! Current members are given priority for spots in class and the rest will be opened up. There is no pre-registration.
