custom programming
Custom programming is where we work together 1 on 1 to create a 3-month program (3×4-week phases) designed perfectly to fit your goals, space, equipment, time and needs following evidence based practices. Whether you are brand new to exercise, are currently exercising but need a push or some structure, or are going through a specific season of life (pre/post natal for example), we can make the perfect program for you.
The program includes a pre-programming call to discuss your goals and set the stage, the strength program itself, a zoom call to review your exercise program and answer any questions you have, and weekly check-ins throughout the entirety of your program. It also includes an education package with general health, nutrition, and fitness information.
Build your confidence lifting weights, learn new skills and how to move safely, create sustainable habits, and have real accountability throughout your whole program!

Choose from a variety of grab-and-go programs that suit your needs! Each program has been carefully designed to offer a different structure of strength training based on your goals. If you’re postpartum, looking for a program easy on the joints, need a simple routine to follow at home or want a more structured and committed strength plan, there is a program for everyone. These programs are done independently and do not include 1 on 1 coaching. Each program also includes an education package with general health and fitness information.
low impact program
This 2-month program is great for beginners or those looking for a lower impact option for strength training. The program is pre-designed for you to follow at your own pace and comes with an exercise package to guide you through the program that lasts 8 weeks.
8-week Holistic challenge
This program is a great, well rounded approach to health and fitness. It includes not only 2 months of workouts but also health and fitness challenges to tackle your health holistically - including elements of hydration, nutrition and self care. Great for those looking to up their game and really get into a routine in and out of the gym
THE LIVING ROOM PROJECT
The perfect program if you’re busy, have limited time, limited space and not a lot of equipment. Includes several workouts you can do in your living room with a few weights and bands - or nothing at all! There are also tracking sheets to go with it to help keep you focused.
3 MOnth strengthening program
This program is for those who have minimal to more intermediate experience with lifting. Not seeing results? Doing random workouts in the gym? Having trouble staying consistent? This program will help you level up, stay on track and see results over 3x4 week phases of strength training. Workouts can be done at home or in the gym!
post-natal return to activity
This is a pre-designed program for the mamas! It will help you navigate returning gradually to activity post-birth and make sure you do so safely. It includes 5 phases, done over 12 weeks, of strengthening from the very basics and breath work, all the way through to returning to your regular sports/activities with helpful tips, varied exercises and progressions throughout. An exercise package is included to help guide each movement.
