Welcome to Kelsi Cole Fitness. I started this community to empower people to get stronger and live better lives. In my clinic work as a physiotherapist, I saw so many people unable to live their best life due to injury. I wanted to be part of the solution and get ahead of injury by offering accessible strength training programs based on evidence-based practice while building relationships with each client to meet their individual goals. Whether you are brand new to strength training or looking to learn more and improve your results, there is something here for you and I would love to help you on your strength journey!

Strength training “Bootcamp”
An in-person option for those who live locally (Oakbank & Beausejour) - a strength training class focused on proper lifting, educating people on the importance of strengthening and getting around a fun community to get strong! This is not your typical “bootcamp” and is geared towards beginner and intermediate lifters. Click our ‘Bootcamp’ page for class descriptions, times and locations.
